Begin again from the beginning (The Ataris)

I'll admit that I am absolutely the worst at keeping up with any type of journal, on line or other. But seeing Melissa's blog this weekend made me wish I had one. In college I was able to sit down and write about anything and everything, and while I'm sure it held no interest to others, I love going back to read it.
A new year is supposed to be the best time to make changes in your life. On January 2, 2008 I made a 10 hour long flight which I hold to blame for the random attempt to record the things going on in my life. I just kept thinking about how I could make this year better than last. Last year was filled with more tests of my strength than I ever could imagine. To be honest, I felt like I was done growing up and never expected for my life to turn a complete 180 in a years time. I kept thinking about how I wish I had some sort of record of what was going through my mind during all these changes, and while I'm certain this year may not send my head spinning, I hope I will do some more growing up, and I plan to keep track of it all.
