Well, I guess it's that time. Do or die time I guess. I am working today untill 6, then I have to go load the rest of my stuff in my car. Then I leave tomorrow after work to head back to Oklahoma. A part of me is scared to death, thinking that I'm making a mistake. But every other ounce of my body is so excited to start this new life. I will be sure to post pictures of my amazing apartment on here!
I have said my goodbyes, mostly to my family, and now I am ready to go from here.
John has about 4 weeks left of basketball, and will return back to me in time for his birthday. It's kinda discouraging because at first he was meant to stay for 4 months. Then it turned into 3 months... now his coach is wanting him there most of the summer. So it looks like I'll only get to spend 6 to 8 weeks with him. I know I should be greatful for whatever I do get to see of him, but part of me just can't help but be dissapointed. Still, he will be here soon and it will remind me why I am doing this! Can't wait!
Things are going well with Lisa! She is looking good and feeling pretty well. It looks like they are going to induce labor around the 16th of July. This baby girl already has more clothes than I do!
So I will leave you with the lyrics to todays song!
I wanna dance the tango with chance I wanna ride on the wire Cos nothing gets done with dust in your gun And nobody respects a liar So Ggoodbye for a while I'm off to explore Every boundary and every door Yeah I'm going north. I wanna know where children would go If they never learnt to be cool Cos nothing's achieved when pushed up a sleeve Till nobody thinks you're a fool So goodbye for a while I'm out to learn more About who I really was before Yeah I'm going north Up where the hunted hide with ease Under the arms of eye-less trees Up where the answers fall like leaves Oh and your love is all I need Yeah I'm going north
